In the rhythm of space and time,
the season emerges anew ... to some, it is a new
day, to others, a new year, to all a new
opportunity for growth.

ourselves, that wherever we go, we bring peace
and we learn to find peace in all things . ~

EXPERIENCE
I am painting my surroundings ... shades
of tomato, marigold, azure, sage, honey and putty
envelop to inspire rearranging the furniture, pairing
down the household collections, cuddling up in a "new
room," and etc. My body aches while my spirit is
renewed. A moving alternative...
OBSERVATION
Within the experience of pain lies the
opportunity to define and challenge the fear and
perception behind it. Once identified, one can
deal with the fear, and replace it with knowingness and
courage. This awareness leads to wisdom and
clarity of perception.

TILT (This I Learned Today)
Meditation is powerful; to start your habit, here
is an easy practice you can do for five minutes every day:
1) Relax your body while inhaling slowly,
allowing your belly to rise.
2) Exhale slowly while your belly deflates.
3) Focus on your breathing; when your mind
wanders, recognize the thought and return to noticing the rhythm
of your breath. Do not attempt to "stop" your thoughts,
just notice them, then choose to focus on your breathing.
