EXPERIENCE
Through an ear infection that has plagued me for the past couple
weeks, I have a new appreciation for children who suffer the
pain and discomfort, and an deeper empathy for the hearing
impaired. Perhaps this is to help me really listen to the world
around me ... and to hear my inner voice.
OBSERVATION
The word science
comes from the word to know. If we think of the science of
spirituality as being a way of knowing ourselves in the world
and our relationship to the world, then they really are one in
the same; just breaking down those barriers between different
ways of knowing and coming to the realization that there really
is only one reality to know. ~ Will Clipman
ADVICE
Think of what you
can do, not what you can't.
TILT (This I Learned Today)
When the Moon is
full, it's a good time to tune in to your intuition, make
friends with your sensuality, ask for fertility and abundance,
and align yourself with your creative juices.... Go ahead and
ask! And, here is one of the many rituals that make up the
Full Moon Ceremony
from the enlightening book,
Ceremonies
for Real Life.
When the Moon is full, fill a glass or pitcher with spring
water. Place it outside somewhere (i.e., on a table in your
backyard, on a window sill) under the light of the Moon and
leave it overnight. Place a clear quartz crystal in it for
clarity, if you wish. By morning, your water will have absorbed
lunar energy. Drink it down! Relish it! Take it in! ...
