EXPERIENCE
I
started a dream journal. It is very interesting to see how
I can recall more readily the experiences of my sleeping self.
Now, to understand.
OBSERVATION
Traumatic events can yield positive outcomes.
Personal suffering offers opportunity for growth.
Identifying a positive aspect to the experience - becoming a
stronger person, identifying dependable friends, discovering
one's life purpose - can help reduce stress, negativity and
depression while adding to emotional depth.
ADVICE
Accept the uncertainties in life ~ by doing so,
you will take an enormous leap forward.
TILT (This I Learned Today)
Sleep
is necessary for the regeneration of the body and the mind. It
is essential for optimum health. Sleeping allows the brain to
take a break from emotional and mental activity, the nervous
system to repair itself, cells to increase in production, and
the body to grow and develop. On the contrary, lack of sleep can
lead to obesity, diabetes, a weakened immune system, anger and
irritability, depression, poor memory and concentration, and
even
premature aging!
