EXPERIENCE
When I meditate, I come upon the sea of
sadness that sits within; and when I visit that place,
it brings a wind that stirs the waters breaking the dam
that has held my tears. Soon the storm passes,
leaving me with my breath and the peace of inhaling ...
exhaling ... peace.
