EXPERIENCE

Not known for coordination, my feet seem to proceed forward even after my torso turns to the right and my head is twisted toward the sky... Somehow, I keep going, eventually getting there.  Feeling rather clumsy, I utter "Pardon me" at every bend while I bump into the pillar and the corner and then walk in front of the man passing by.  I guess it would help if I were mindful of my steps rather than of the sky above me...  But then I would miss the clouds and the sun and the birds.  So, I guess it'll be oops and excuse me more often than not.

OBSERVATION

There was a contest for the west coast swing, a very sexy number.  Participants were dressed to accentuate movement so to dazzle the onlookers.  Many pretty people were moving to the beat.  However, only one couple was remarkable.   He stood six feet tall and slim as a beanstalk while she reached almost five feet by four feet round.  Sexiness emanated from them - they were one with the dance... and they felt so beautiful, one couldn't help but notice it too.  Your spirit can really rock you - it is the most real beauty, surpassing all that is at the surface. 

ADVICE

Impossible is not a fact, it is an opinion.  So, go ahead, do the impossible.

TILT (This I Learned Today)

One cannot make anyone love them.  All one can do is let themselves be loved.
It is not good to compare one self to others.
Learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness.
While it only takes a few seconds to open profound wounds in loved ones, it can take years to heal them.
A rich person is not one who has the most, but is one who needs the least.
There are people simply have not yet learned how to express or show love though they feel it deeply.
Two people can look at the same thing and see it differently.
It is not enough that one forgive another, but one must also forgive oneself.

Beauty on the surface is subjective.  The yardstick by which we measure attractiveness varies with culture, era, and numerous other external factors.  However, inner beauty is irrefutable; objectively determined by the our spirit, our soul, our mind, our psyche and the impact of the ways we express in the flesh. 

The French say "etre bien dans sa peau,"  which, translated, is "to be well in one's skin." 

Be well; let your true beauty radiate forth from all of you and from all that you do.
