EXPERIENCE

It seems to me that I was always an artist at heart, even when I was working a 9-to-5 office job. It took me several years before I decided that I could leave my office position and pursue my passion for art full-time. In the meantime, I took classes, workshops, attended lectures, and practiced my craft in the esoteric arts whenever I could, and I really enjoyed myself in the process. I found that doing what I loved, even on a part-time basis, gave me great satisfaction because I was expressing who I really was. So take some time to explore the ways you can express your unique talents and personality. Enjoy your self and prosper!

Celebrate! Every day is International Very Good Looking Dang Smart Person's Day (spread the word).... And a good motto to live by ... "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly worn out and screaming WOO HOO - what a ride!"

The air around bodies of water is full of energy-enhancing ions that help bring oxygen to the brain, says Pierce J. Howard, Ph.D., author of The Owner's Manual for the Brain, Second Edition: Everyday Applications from Mind-Brain Research (Bard Press). To remedy having no body of water nearby? Open a window, draw a bath, get in the tub and breathe... relax and revive!
