EXPERIENCE

Here is a secret that will soothe your tired nerves, bring peace to your weary soul and rejuvenate your worn out mind - take a nap!  There is an art to napping.  Let me share it with you.  Get comfy, pull up the covers - this is your special time.  Now, the key ingredient to a great nap - do not feel guilty about it!  Think of it as a necessity.  Snooze for an hour or so on Saturday or Sunday (or both!).  This short respite will help you keep up with everything you do.  Give it a try and see how it affects your mood and energy level throughout the week.

Every time one interacts with another person, one has the ability to empower him or her. Every time. It’s all about human dignity. To respect another’s dignity is the same as respecting one's own. If one is compromised the other will quickly follow. Each of us is a microcosm of the whole. When one inspires another person, one rouses a universe.
