EXPERIENCE

Since summer is coming, more and more people are out on their bikes... and I have noticed a lot of "cracks" of females with low-riders... and one was riding ahead of her friend who must have noticed... and then decided not to mention it??? Odd... Promise that if you see something amok (like spinach in my smile), be a help and say something! Please. Then again, some might like to crack up...

OBSERVATION

A colleague of mine voiced the consideration that plodding is still progress… I rather like his perspective. Thank you, Troy. Thus, I am going forward.

ADVICE

Take a deep breath. Do it again. Repeat until you feel calm, at peace, relaxed.

TILT (This I Learned Today)

There is this interesting writing I found while splashing around on the net... it is called An Incomplete Manifesto for Growth and the first point is: "Allow events to change you. You have to be willing to grow. Growth is different from something that happens to you. You produce it. You live it. The beach is a beautiful place to me. Waves creep over the sand after making their splash and whoosh. The sun dances on the water. A salty breeze tousles my hair while my toes squeeze through warm sand. At Zuma Beach, the summer season is beginning to swell. Soon it will be too populated to be considered peaceful to many, still, I believe the power of the place to lull remains.
