I have the honor of occasional exercise sessions with Cindy Larson.  Personal trainer to celebrities and owner of Studio B, Cindy has made a life of fitness.  As a performer, an actress, a model, an athlete, a mother, Cindy has experienced life's fitness challenges first-hand.  And, she brings that awareness to her clients.

Okay.  Here is a sure-fire way to appear ten pounds slimmer.  This one is really easy!  POSTURE.  That's right, stand tall, sit tall.  Notice that when you do this, you engage your core muscles to support you?  Tightening them and holding yourself high has an immediate slimming effect!   Plus, it's a good habit to form.  Thanks Cindy!

The wisdom of Feng Shui shows the art of creating a blessed and happy home.  Here are six tools to help attract good fortune into your life. 

1) Find a gold cloth to drape upon a table, shelf or stand.  Historically and in all cultures, gold has been recognized as a symbol of power and prosperity.  It is believed to attract and enhance positive vibration and it confers wisdom and authority.  This cloth serves as a centerpiece to attract positive energy to your home, bringing good health, prosperity, longevity and joy.
