EXPERIENCE

Sometimes I wish to be alone with my thoughts ... I wish for solitude and stillness of heart.  A respite during which I can regenerate and renew. It is tough to find such serenity amid family, work, appointments and responsibilities.  For a meditative moment, I go on mindful leave. I surrender agendas, schedules, and to-do lists, and let go of all cares and allow the universe to restore me to wholeness, refresh and refuel my spirit to be ready for what the next moment may bring. If even for just a few minutes, it brings me clarity and helps me find a new perspective ....
