Notice this commitment to the self as many are putting intellectualism, individualism, and creativity above conventional business considerations; believing this to be a better shot at success ~ defined by happiness.

TILT (This I Learned Today)

COPING is responding in the moment to a challenging or offensive event, while DEALING is taking a proactive role in managing through an event and then onward throughout your life ... not letting a painful experience drive a stake in you ... facing it, and getting over and beyond it.  Upon hearing it, I felt enlightened about a very precise nuance in managing my self in conflict.  Cope now, and then deal.
