EXPERIENCE

This week has been particularly cool in that I have relearned the delight of wind tickling my hair as I play in the sun.  It is important to play.  In the spirit of play, I invite you to blow bubbles.  There are some spectacular bubbles at the most convenient locations so there is no excuse for not having some fun.  Blow bubbles, chase them, watch them glint in the sun, and then catch them in the palm of your hand ...

OBSERVATION

When in a challenging situation or in a difficult relationship, stop and ask, "what am I to learn from this experience?"  It is easy to hide in the shadow of another - casting blame on another's offensive behavior or the obstacle that is presented, rather than to focus on one's response to it.  When focusing on one's own behavior, one realizes the available choices and, thus, does not need to reel in the turmoil of feeling without control.  In every circumstance, one has a choice about how to control one's self. Live in peace.
